Pixel x Karol G

The new Google Pixel 4 was getting ready to launch. And this iteration of the phone included motion sense – a brand new radar technology that means you can control your phone with a gesture, like silencing a call with a wave, or skipping to the next track with a swipe. Google wanted to hero this feature for the launch, and showcase its ability. And our brains went straight to how the hands of DJs dance over the decks when they’re playing. In this experiment, we built a custom rig made of 8 Pixel phones, loaded with stems from a new and exclusive Karol G track, and then we hosted a live performance on a rooftop during the Latin GRAMMYs broadcast. Check out the making of, complete with pyrotechnics.

And we made a spot with Jake Nava.
